Nestlé Academy grow your own future
What can I expect?
You’ll split your time between your factory location and Nottingham Trent University. In the factory, our experts will support you through on-the-job training that will see you take on various roles and deliver live projects that have a real impact on Quality at our business. At uni, you’ll learn about the wider aspects of working at a multinational company and work towards your degree. It’s a combination designed to get you up to speed quickly so you’re able to think for yourself and generally smash it when the time comes to do the role for real.
What will you get out of it?
The programme is all about shaping you into a Quality professional able to thrive at a multinational company. You’ll earn a degree to back up serious subject area expertise.

How we support each other
“Outside of my day-to-day role I engage in career fairs and talks with others at the Academy. This experience is extremely rewarding and enables me to not only share my experiences with others, but also network with new people I wouldn’t necessarily meet in my day job.”

James Bray, Procurement Specialist
