What can you expect?

Based at one of our factories or the Nestlé Product Technology Centre (NPTC), you'll gain wide-ranging experience of life as an Engineer here at Nestlé. You'll work with our experts who will nurture your professional development and support you as you contribute to live projects and assist with problem-solving. It's an immersive learning experience that will see you working with some of the world’s biggest brands and most advanced equipment.

You'll earn a salary of £23,250 and lay valuable foundations for a potential career with Nestlé.

Career progression

If you want to give yourself the best chance of success in Engineering, then a placement comes highly recommended. With a year's experience behind you, you'll be off to a flying start if you go on to join the graduate scheme and stand a better chance of making a strong impression and securing a permanent role.

Entry requirements

To qualify, you'll need to be in your penultimate year of study in a relevant degree. Equally important is that you're ready to commit 100% to developing your career. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
